Low-polyamine nutritional programmes have been formulated to meet specific nutritional needs while at the same limiting polyamine intake. They provide the organism with all the important nutrients, whether it be proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins or minerals. They are perfectly balanced and pose no risk of nutritional deficiencies, whatever time they are followed for.
+2- Is it important to keep on drinking in addition to lowl-polyamine drinks?
Yes, it is very much recommended that you drink normally to keep regularly hydrated.
+3- Specifically, how often should I have 'orange' foodstuffs?
Foodstuffs marked with an orange point should be taken in moderation. More specifically: one foodstuff per day every three or four days or, better, once a week, preferably choosing foodstuffs which only have one orange point.
+4- Can I reduce the number of products per day?
The low-polyamine nutritional programme prescribed by your doctor is adapted to your state of health and it is important to respect the prescription. If you wish to reduce the number of low-polyamine products, speak to your doctor about it.

Low-polyamine products are well tolerated, but in rare cases, slight intestinal disorders, such as abdominal pains or bloating, may be observed.
Low-polyamine products are rich and concentrated, and you are advised to consume them slowly and drink a lot. If the pain persists, consult your doctor.
+10- My programme is finished, can I start a normal diet again?
At the end of you nutritional programme, avoid as much as possible foodstuffs classed as ‘red’ and prefer rather foodstuffs classed ‘green’ or ‘orange’.
